I choose a picture of an antique telephone for this project because im always on the phone at home, and the shapes i tryed the best as I could & with an analogous color scheme. I choosed blue and purple for the color scheme its a sad feeling type of color. I think the colors blue and purple are calming and sad. when I look at my picture, i just see that no one has called, and depressing. I think it can be an advertisement to sell a product, because it grabbed my attention just seeing the picture with those depressing colors, and it really didnt turn out so good, but i least tried. Some how it just grabs my attention by seeing the type of phone it is.
I disagree. I think this piece turned out well! The color scheme that you chose is a sad one - blues often are, but at the same time I see a smiling face - it looks like two eyes in the part that hangs up the phone, a nose and a smile in the shape that is a highlight! Good job!
